Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the Brisbane Metro area and some suburbs just outside of the Brisbane Metro Zone.  Check our delivery list here.

I have a question about my order, what should I do?

The Pot Me Pretty team is here to help you Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. If you need to contact us.  Just drop us a line via our online form on the contact page and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

How do I include a message for the recipient of the order?

If you would like to include a message with your order, simply write your message in the order notes when you check out on the check out page.

Are the plant gifts gift wrapped?

Your living plant gift will arrive beautifully packaged including a free box, gift wrap, ribbon, and a message card.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes.  If you wish to pick up your order, please contact us via the form on our contact page with your order and we can arrange a suitable time and date for you to pick up your order.  Our warehouse is  located in Carina.

What happens if no one is home to receive the order?

If there is nobody at home to receive the order, it will generally be left in a safe position out of direct sunlight and out of view from people on the street, but in a position that is visible enough so that when the recipient arrives home they will be able to see it.  If none of the above is possible we will first call the recipient to see if they are nearby, if they are not contactable we will return the gift to the warehouse and organise another delivery time. It’s rare that this happens and you may be contacted to discuss another delivery charge.

How can I make changes to my order?

You can update your delivery date, message, delivery address and recipient name. Please notify us of any mistakes or updates as soon as possible via our Contact form.
